We bought PHPUpload, its addon, and the image processor. The first two installed no problem, and work fine. The image processor goes through the motions of being installed, but doesn't actually install in dreamweaver. We have tried everything including reinstalling dreamweaver. no luck

I too am having a problem installing.

I updated my SIP, and entered the serial#, I get an error prompt saying "Enter your Username" (for DMXzone), well I do but it doesn't take.

I've had this problem before and I got around it by installing 1 extension at a time. My PurePHP Upload went fine, SIP is not. <img src=../images/dmxzone/forum/icon_smile_sad.gif border=0 align=middle>

Well don't count on MarthaGraham or anyone else associated with dmx. They completely ignored all my attempts to get them to help. I ended up eating the cost of the extensions, throwing them away and writing my own solution. I would never buy any product from this group again.

Very unfortunate. I like my extensions from here, granted a few quirks but all software has crap; DW MX2004 has more problems than DW MX ever did. There are THOUSANDS of people who use DMXzone extensions; different computers - different headaches. My IntellicartMX doesn't have a 2004 update because DW has a big issue, and Tim Green (www.rawveg.org) has been working with Macromedia to fix the issue, but alas no cigar.

Even MM's site states they might not release anymore updates for MX2004 if they're too close to the <i>NEXT</i> DW - or Brady...GREAT!<img src=../images/dmxzone/forum/icon_smile_shock.gif border=0 align=middle> I can feel my wallet getting thinner than it already is to blow on a new DW; I'd like to fully use the DW I already purchased. Regress?<img src=../images/dmxzone/forum/icon_smile_dissapprove.gif border=0 align=middle> I doubt I'm going to use TextPad to make web pages!

Commercial extension providers I use/trust are: WebAssist, Interakt, and here DMXzone. Macromedia's extensions have bugs (some haven't even been fixed yet).<img src=../images/dmxzone/forum/icon_smile_dead.gif border=0 align=middle>

I am honestly glad that I purchase these extensions for <b>productivity</b>, some for features, but all-in-all extensions are for helping. I mean - nothing done here is <i>new</i>, Google can lead us to any code that we need. <img src=../images/dmxzone/forum/icon_smile_wink.gif border=0 align=middle>

Hope your ventures fan better.

We advice not to install more then one extension in once. This has nothing to do with our extensions, but with the Macromedia Extension Manager not always handling well multiple installations in once.

If you have problems with logging into DMXzone.com during installlation you can also ask for a verification code. With this code you can install without having an internet connection and being logged in to DMXzone.com. Always be sure you type your username and password correct, during installation it's case sensitive<b>!!</b>
(When logging normally into the DMXzone website your username and pass are not case sensitive)

I can't install this SIP either.

I've got Dreamweaver MX 6.1 running on a PC with Windows XP operating system

I've installed Pure PHP File Upload 2.1.3 and Pure PHP Upload AddOn Pack 1.0.2

When I install SIP it begins the installation but only lights up two blocks on the progress bar and then the progress bar suddenly vanishes and that's it. Back to the Extension Manager window with no changes.

This needs addressing urgently. I never received the email giving me download instructions either so I just loggod onto the DMXzone site and clicked on the download button next to the SIP description which appeared once I'd completed the purchase.

Did I do something wrong or is there a problem with the extension?

Hi Camillah

I've definiely got the updater installed. In fact I thought I'd run a further test:

I swithed to a different computer for further testing of the extension installation. I have formatted the hard drive (don't worry I was going to do this to this computer anyway for another office), installed Windows 2000, installed Dreamweaver MX, rebooted the PC, installed Dreamweaver MX 6.1 upgrade, rebooted the PC, installed Pure PHP File Upload 2.1.3, rebooted the PC and then tried to install Smart Image Processor with the same failure to install. Once again it shows two blocks on the progress bar and then just stops the installation and returns to the extension manager window with just Pure PHP File Upload in the Installed Extensions list.

Hi Bruce,

Thanks for sending your mxp file. Just as you expected the file is corrupt.
Normally downloading works - but maybe your internet connection timesout after a while. On the same popup screen as download - there is also an option to get the extension emailed to you - try this.

Hopefully your mailbox can handle big mails.

Hi
I am having the problem of loading Smart image processor as well. I have upgraded to Adobe CS4 and tried to add in my extensions. PHPUpload and PHPUpload addon pack installed fine, but Smart Image Processor will not load. Adobe extension manger installs it fine, but when I start up Dreamweaver the install proceeds to the place where you usually put in the serial number and all I get is a blank page and it hangs.
I know this is now a delisted extension, but it worked fine for my applications (at least it did), and I would like to continue using it rather than paying full price for new version of it. Has anyone run into this and have you found a solution?
Thanks

I too am having a problem and tried emailing Martha but apparently, is not there anymore. So if anyone else is there, I would appreciate some assistance. Here is the email I sent.

Martha,

I got your email from the support section for the Smart Image Processor. I am having trouble installing this extension. I have the rest of the extensions installed but with this one, as I install it, it asks me to agree to the license, which I do, and then asks for my serial number, which I enter. The button below still says "I Agree" rather than OK or Submit and the screen simply goes gray and sits there. I have to cancel and abort install in order to use DW. It is DW CS4 on OS X 10.5.7.

I appreciate any help you can provide.

Ok.. I am having a problem myself. I have Dreamweaver CS5 and am trying to install SmartImgPHP107.mxp. I have Pure PHP Upload 2.1.10 and the 1.0.8 Addon Pack successfully installed. I also was able to install the old SmartImgPHP104 without problem. But whenever I try to install SmartImgPHP107.mxp I get as far as Dreamweaver asking for the serial number. Then I enter the serial number and click next and I get a blank gray box with a next button that does not work and a cancel button. I even allowed it to sit there for like 10 minutes, but no love. I also tried uninstalling all other extensions and installing that one first, but no love.

Please advise. I never even get as far as entering my login information. It never comes up. Please advise.

Thank you!

Bought a refurbished vr headset from the Rakerock store and was pleasantly surprised by the quality. The headset looked and worked like new, despite the fact that it was refurbished. The store provided a warranty, which adds to the confidence in the purchase. The staff was very professional and helped with setting up the device. I can now fully immerse myself in virtual reality without any issues. Rakerock is a great place to buy high quality refurbished electronics.
