This extension is an upload tool. It uploads any kind of files(not only images) and stores the path/name of the uploaded file into a database, when used with a standard dreamweaver server behaviors.
In order to create thumbnails of the uploaded images, you need the Smart Image Processor PHP 2 extension: www.dmxzone.com/go/13327/smart-image-processor-php-2
