PHP Upload starts but doesn't finish

Upload initiates and runs for a few seconds, and then the page reloads without actually completing the upload. There is no PHP error or any indication that there was a problem. It just simply.. doesn't work. It *used* to work fine, and I've not change anything on the server end. Anyone have any ideas? Replies
