The upload feature does not work properly on Mac. Since your PureUpload extension works fine on Macs, I hope this is just a small bug that can be resolved. Please let me know - we've got some angry clients and I don't know what to tell them.

Can we please get a comment on what it will take to get this to work on a MAC.

I've just tried the demo you've made available for us on this site (thank you).
The PC (XP, IE or FF) works fine, MAC (Safari or FF) does not work.

Clarification: the upload does not work, it shows "You are not allowed to upload files"

If it won't work, just say so please.

Sorry, extremely sorry on replying so late on this treat, but we need conformation on when the upload is not working.
We checked this out and it appears that extension only provide upload for JPG files.
Please, confirm this.

I posted above on April 29 with details that it does not work.
It failed for me uploading one or multiple jpg files.
What more details do you need?

Hi Paul,

We are working on an update. We found the problem when uploading gif or png files.
However upload jpg files seemed all fine. Could you please check again if you are uploading only jpg files?

Check also the demo on our site it should be working now fine. Let me know if it isn't and what files are you exactly uploading. maybe you can send them to me. mail to

THANKS ! Yes your demo now works as expected... I tried jpg, gif, png on a MAC with firefox and safari. All works well ! []

Please post what needs to be updated on any of our existing albums... we have Mac customers that are waiting rather impatiently for this solution.

Hi Paul,

I'm glad it works! We are planning to release the update within 1-2 weeks, after more intensive testing, but I will send you the new version now so you can test as well.

It comes down to upload the new dmxFlashGallery2.asp in the ScriptLibrary

Let me know if you find any other issues.
