I've setup a form to email with DMX Mailer - everything works perfectly, except the Server Connect Form > Dynamic Events > Success > Reset function. Only some of the fields display after the form is reset.

Any suggestions?
The same fields are missing each time the form is reset after submission.
I tried submitting with Chrome Dev Tools open but no errors.
I don't want to use a separate Reset button - rather automatically reset the form after submission.

Sorry David but it's not really clear what exactly are you doing and what happens ... what do you mean by "Only some of the fields display after the form is reset. "
