I've setup a form to email with DMX Mailer - everything works perfectly, except the Server Connect Form > Dynamic Events > Success > Reset function. Only some of the fields display after the form is reset.

Any suggestions?
The same fields are missing each time the form is reset after submission.
I tried submitting with Chrome Dev Tools open but no errors.
I don't want to use a separate Reset button - rather automatically reset the form after submission.
