i got a Multiple language support problem with pure php Upload 3.

As you write 'Pure PHP Upload 3 contains advanced browser detection', but i can't to show 'zh-tw' or 'zh-TW' language. It's always show 'en' mesages.

i had add the zh-tw language file PureUpload_zh-tw.php under l10n forder. it's seems can't detect correct.

Please help.
