When characters are entered incorrectly, ReCAPTCHA doesn't display an error. It just reloads the page with a blank form. You're supposed to at least see an error pop-up above the CAPTCHA field saying "Incorrect" or something. Its very confusing to our website visitors because if they enter the wrong characters, it just reloads the page and doesn't tell them what happened. A bit frustrated at this point as it is a fairly critical issue. How can this be fixed?

I forgot to include link to the form:
www.rmbw.com/order/
Also, is there any way to keep the page from reloading? It would be great if users could just see an error "inside" the CAPTCHA box without re-loading the entire page...
