Multiple File Download

I would like an extension that provides multiple file downloads from a dynamic list--not simply from a directory. The form would have checkboxes for selecting any combination from the list.

This would be a great extension and I would pay for it--and I'm sure others would too!

Dynamic form fields

I have a search form that I want to put different search fields into depending on the country the visitor comes from (which is selected in field 1)

So, if they select Country = USA, they see a form with just a dropdown list of State codes, but if they choose any other country they get a form with ordinary text fields for County/State, Town etc.

Any ideas???
