Insert Multiple New Records in SQL DB

I would like to be able to insert multiple records into a SQL database.  For example I have a csv or text file that I want to import to a database using what ever delimiter I choose.  (As in this instance csv)  I want to be able to select the file and click import to db and the data will automatically be imported.

Thanks for any ideas on this one.

CSV or Text Import

I am in desperate need to an extension that will let you import csv or text file into access or sql database.
