Dynamically Updating List/Menu from previous Menu

I need to update the content of a list/menu with values derived from a database...unfortunately, the database query is initiated from a previous list/menu, which in turn is populated from a list/menu rewrite. In other words, I have 3 menus...the first has static values...the second is written by selecting a value in the first and is empty until the rewite takes place....the 3rd needs to take values from the 2nd menu and then query the database and update itself.All 3 menus are contained within the same form. Am I asking the impossible? If anyone can help to achieve this, I would appreciate it.

Insert Multiple records at the same time

I need to be able to insert multiple records into a table at the same time from one form.

Eg:

I have an update form that lists results for all students. I need to be able to change the result of each student, then at the bottom of the form click on a button to update all records on that form.

An extension for this would be great, or if there is already something out there i would appreciate it if you could tell me where..

email reminder to registered guests

I need to create a registration database that accepts registered users and allows them to set email reminders for birthdays, anniversaries etc and sends them a reminder email before the event (with a little ad for us at the end). I have seen a couple of mall web sites in Canada that do this but cannot locate any coding.

I am using Dreamweaver MX on a mac.

I need to produce a wedding registry for a web site I am producing. It is to be for multiple stores and products, so after opening a new registry, users could list what they want and where from, then registered visitors could look at this and check off what they are buying. also, I'd need the users to be able to amend and remove items on their lists and email to multiple people. I assume there must be a pre-made solution out there somewhere for this....anyone????

Plan to use PHP and any compatible database
