I am sending messages to many people where the addresses come from a record set. I can place fields from another record set in the static body - and it works fine if they are text fields. But if I place a memo field (required for more than just 255 characters) then this field only appears in the first message and is omitted from all the others.

Problem solved by including the memo field as a field in the one recordset which also contains the recipient eMail address, subject, etc. Even though this field is the same for all recipients - the system thinks it is new and responds accordingly. Don't ask why!
