I have a strange one which think is related to permissions but I can't work out how...I receive IPN callbacks from paypal and use the smart mailer to send an email receipt (using html template). I have it set up and when I run a manual IPN callback (i.e. I copy and paste the querystring data into the address bar) it runs perfectly (process the data, updates the DB and sends the email with the content) but whenever paypal makes a remote call with the same data the page runs, updates the DB and sends the email but the template content is missing - all i get is blank email.
I have the template page set with full permissions for 'everyone' but still the remotely called email send is blank.
Any help would be appreciated!

Hello Paul.
We will check the issue. Meanwhile can you please test if the problem is appearing if you use this without your template ? If we need more additional information in order to track the issue we will notify you in the thread.

If I send it s a static email it works fine - as soon as I call a template email it sends with no content.
To expand further, if I set to report errors, no errors are reported. It's acting as if the page does't exist when being called remotely via paypal IPN call. when I call it manually, i.e. within a browser, it displays the content normally within any email sent...

The mailer makes a request to the server to get the template, maybe you could check the server logs to see if there is an error there.
