heres what i want to do, let me know if its possible...say i have a directory /bob and in /bob that are files and folders...i want to list every file that's below /bob in the directory structure (including subdirectories)...sort of running file genie recursively...

Hello Dave,
File Genie cannot automatically get recursive of all files and sub folders with their content. It can only show the content of a certain directory.
In example the folder /bob content will be available, but the content of /bob/subbob/ will need additional instance of File Genie to be viewed.
