Is it possible to display a progress bar while an action file is executing.

I have several database operations that take a while to successfully execute. Is it possible to display a progress bar while these actions are being completed?

If so, how?

You can show a "loading" message while the action is executing, using the dynamic attributes > display > show option. For the value, select the "executing" parameter under your server action in the data picker.
