Following the tutorial it would remove the entire folder, together with its content.
I want to create dynamic folders according the product - categories instead of the ID's of products. Lets say I have a Ford, a Toyota and BMW folder with pictures of several cars in each of those folders - is it possible to delete single files within the folder without removing the entire folder?

Yes, just select the "remove file" option, instead of "remove folder".

But instead of update record use delete record
