Follow the tutorial "Uploading Multiple Files and Storing Their Names Into a Database " and it seems that it won't work with select fields. I just tried with a text field and a file field and in fact it works.

I have a form with 3 fields, 2 select fields and 1 file fields for the upload. The upload file works fine but when i submit it not insert file names on database. With normal text fields i don't have problems

Well, you must be doing something wrong.
I just created such a test page and it inserts the data from the two select lists, as well as the multiple images names.
Can you please send me a link to your page so i can check this?
