First things first, I'm using CS 5 and installed the program with the DMXzone installer.

Whenever I re-open HTML5 to edit it, the Use DMXzone Image Resizer is always checked again, even though I unchecked it the first time (and every time after that) Since I do not have this program. Plus the data source changes to the FIRST data source listed in my binding window not the original data source selected when I first created it.

The "resizer" option does not require any additional components installed. You have to select whether you like to use it or not, every time you add new slideshow on the page.
We will check the dynamic source issues you are having.

I found this, hope it helps. I had a repeat region ( Horizontal Looper2 ) behavior for navigational buttons on the page. If I removed that behavior, then cut/paste the slideshow record set to the top (1st record set) of the page, it seems the correct data source is always saved.

As for the resizer feature, this isn't available when you select Dynamic as the Image Source, only when Static is selected.

Just checking to see if you have any news concerning the resizer not available when you Select Dynamic as the Image Source?

Resizer is only available for static photos... it resizes the photos when you import them in the slideshow within Dreamweaver.
It cannot be used with dynamic source, as then the photos cannot be processed through Dreamweaver UI.
