A couple of pre-purchase questions... What are the main differences between these two extensions? Is it just that the HTML5 Animate works better with the repeat regions of HTML5 Data Bindings?

Advanced CSS Animator is a more complex tool allowing you to animate your HTML elements on the page, applying your own animation settings on different events(onclick, onhover, onload etc) as a behavior
HTML5 Animate CSS is based on the animate.css library that has a large set of animations ready out the box that you can use to animate your HTML elements on page load or create a reveal on scroll animations.
