I just purchased Bootstrap 3.2.1 and when attempting to use it with Dreamweaver CS5 (which your documentation indicates is compatible) I've discovered that the design viewing options, ie; extra small, small, medium and large screensizes, do not work. All I can view in design or live mode is a screen size for medium devices. Can you please advise regarding this problem?

It requires at least CS5.5.
