I would like to know what is the use of the Automatic File Update? Should I enable it or not? I tried to figure this out but no luck.Newbie here.... thanks for your help!

When you enable this, every time you save your page, Bootstrap will check if the bootstrap files includes are inside the <head></head>, if they are not there the extension will place them.
