I have a page that is using HTML 5 data bindings with paging (showing and hiding the paging buttons accordingly) and a drop-down to set the results-per-page.
Sometimes, the paging doesn't work. The page will load, but the active paging buttons aren't there - as if there were no more pages to navigate. If I use the drop-down to change the number of items per page, it'll activate the paging buttons, or if I reload the page, most of the time it'll work. But it's so inconsistent yet frequent enough that it'll be a problem if I make this page live.

It seems like what's happening is it shows/hides the paging buttons before it knows that there's more pages to be shown. It's completely random. Sometimes it'll work a few times in a row, sometimes it'll fail a few times in a row. Any help would be appreciated.

It seems you did something wrong. The show/hide either works or not - it is not possible sometimes to work and sometimes not. Please provide a link to your page where we can check it.

I think I figured this one out - I had both the Page Size in the repeater and the Max Records per page in the data source set to the drop-down select - when this was set, it would be hit-or-miss. When i set the max-records to an actual number and the page size in the repeater to the drop-down, it now seems stable.

I'd struggled with this one for a while before reaching out... seems like I figure these things out only after hitting up support! Thanks!

I've checked our page. You should not filter both - the data source and the repeat region.
Better remove the filter from the repeat region and only use the filter for the Data Source. It should be working just fine.
