It's great to have the possibility to show up for example a data loader div before all of the data has been loaded.

But the user experience would be much better if I could add fading and delay to it too.

That's the right way . Keep up the good work.

Actually you can already do animations with Advanced CSS Animator! It is also a behavior so you can do some fancy animations with it in combination with HTML5 Data Bindings.
