Am I able to stop the script from being re-inserted every time I open the page in Dreamweaver? The script should really be positioned at the bottom of the page, not at the top. In addition, I already have jquery included, at the bottom, so there ends up to be two jquery scripts. Not a major deal, just annoying.

the script as well as the jquery library should be included in the head tags of your page. This cannot be changed.
