Language doesn't work when used as Calendar2 add-on

I've just bought Time Picker and are supposed to use it as an add-on to Calendar 2. I choose Norwegian in the drop-down on Time Picker options, but when I preview the page it shows up in English, and when I go back to the Timepicker options it has gone back to English in the drop-down.

Please fix this.

Edited: I tried to add a stand-alone Time picker on the same page as the calendar and it worked with Norwegian. Also the language on the Calendar add-on suddenly worked.
