Once set up, and added to a web page, do I still have to be an administrator to add it to the Facebook page?

I am setting these pages up for customers, and it would be so much better if I could set up the page, and host the page on my secure server, but have them add the page to their Facebook without me having to have admin privileges at all.

In order to do that they have to be familiar with facebook applications and a lot "more advanced" information about how facebook fanpages work, which is more designer/developer knowledge in my opinion. I think the best solution is for you to have the admin privileges.
