I am using dynamic data to populate my map and it works great now. However I would like to take advantage of having different markers for different events when the map is populated. I see that there is a "Key" that I can assign dynamic data to so I made an extra column in the supporting table to include data for that column. I used different numbers in the data but none of the flags or markers changed. How do you setup the marker images to reflect the "Key" values of the database?thanks for all your help especially Miroslav for all his.www.sdthunters.com/testmap.asp

Hello Bill,
Select your map in the page and click on Markers button in the Property inspector. That will open up the Google Maps Dialogue. There where you now have your custom markers set you can pass in a dynamic values taken from the database - a path to a marker and its shadow - and thus assign a dynamic markers flags.
Regards.

Miroslav, I have tried that, I realize you can change what the marker looks like but they are ALL the same on the map when the map renders of whatever marker you choose. For one map I want to assign a different marker to some of the locations using the data in the database. I have tried to use the "KEY" in the extension, it will allow me to assign a dynamic value via the "lighting bolt" next to it. I have different values in the database to populate each marker image however they end up with the same image, they do populate the map in the right locations. Is there a way to assign values to the database so we can have different marker images on the same map?
