I cannot install editor add-on. Recieve a message: invalid username or password - but I am 100% certain both are entered in correctly, case sensitivity and all. Payment was accepted, info was emailed to me, serial number good, but then UN and PW do not work. Tried dozen times then I tried clicking the "Forgot UN or PW" button - but I was never sent an email with new info

Usually this problem appears when you have a special character in your password. Changing your password in your Profile set up on our site fixes it.
