From time to time my computer would lock-up while playing back my uploaded video clips and I would get a "System Thread Not Handled" error . I would have to power down the computer to clear the problem. After checking the server to ensure its settings were correct I reloaded the video player software and still got the same problem. I then re-downloaded the player software from DMX Zone, manually removed the old software, reloaded the new software and the problem has not resurfaced. It is to early to say the problem is fixed but so far the problem has not reoccurred and I have not received any complaints.

It is not really clear what exactly the issue is? Are you having this problem using HTML5 Video Player on your website?
The "System Thread Not Handled" can be caused by anything on your windows system.
