I have built a page with the HTML MP3 Player using the Playlist skin. Everything works just great, but I would like the have a total track time counter next to each track in the list.

I check the manual but it wasn't all that clear. Seems it can only be done by building a custom player from scratch. can anyone point me to a tutorial or instructions on how to do this?

Unfortunately this is not possible. You can do this when building your own custom skin.
