I’ve been getting calls and letters from Lamont Hanley Associates, and I’m not sure how to handle it. I want to make sure they’re following the law and not violating my rights. Has anyone had experience with them? Were they aggressive or reasonable? Also, does anyone know the best way to dispute or stop their collection efforts?

I found this resource that talks about stopping their harassment, but I’d love to hear personal experiences and advice from others.
