I purchased this product so that visitors (not just iPhone or iPad) would not have to rely on a FLASH plugin to see effects. It clearly says IE support, but IE requires Flash! As such, the alignment does not seem to work properly.

The flash is not aligned left (which you CAN Do). Is there a way within the HTML5 enhancer of fixing this? Otherwise, I will place in table or Div.
And please, make it clearly known that the IE support DOES require flash

Dear Chuck,
In the description of the product, on its page in the second paragraph it's clearly said:
"You don't have an HTML5 compatible browser like Internet Explorer? - don't worry we have made a special fall back method, that will use Flash on browsers that do not support the HTML5 Canvas element to achieve the same fantastic results! "
Which i think is clear enough for our users to understand that IE doe not support HTML5 Canvas, so it uses flash instead.
About the alignment - Please add:

About the alignment - Please add:
#networkCon { float: left; }to your css file, and it will look like in Firefox.
