I bought this extension hoping to create a simple slide show with a simple dissolve from one image to the next. I do not want controls or the Ken Burns effect. However, no matter what I do I keep getting weird error messages. See attachment. I'm using CS4 on a Macbookpro. Please help. The chat window never responds and I've already sent two emails without replies. Thanks.
