I am getting the same error as Richard Julian And I have clear the cache and reinstalled Dreamweaver and still I am getting the same error message.
I am using Dreamweaver CS6 on a Mac with Mountain Lion.
Tell me how can I attach an image or screenshot of the error in this support form

Please be a little more detailed about what error are you receiving and when exactly it appears?

When I try to edit a preset as son as I press the edit button an error message pops up and would not let me do any editing.

I been trying to attach a screenshot of the the error message but when I press the image button on top it only gives me an img /img code and I don't know how to insert the image.

How can I send you a screenshot of this error window?
