I have posted this before and have tried to chat with your online chat but can't get any answers. Are your extensions compatible with Adobe CS6 Dreamweaver? I can't install them even after converting it to the new extension.

Hello,
I replied to both of your chat requests but received no response from you.
Please describe what exactly the problem is? What do you mean by you can't install them? Are there any error messages?
It is absolutely not recommended to modify the .mxp files! All you need to do is to start the CS6 Extension Manager and install the files you downloaded from our website there.

Teodor,
The chat kept saying wait for an operator but nobody answered. I tried it with Chrome and Firefox and both just stayed.
Nothing happens when I install. CS6 does not recognize the extension and has a feature to update it to the new extension ZXP. When I try to install the extension it wants admin userid & Password for installation and goes through a couple of steps and requests authentication again. It does it 3 times and then finishes. Once finished nothing shows up in the Extension Manager.

All you need to do is:
1. Open Extension Manager CS6
2. click on Install button located on the top
3. Browse to the .mxp file and select it, then click Open
4. A window appears - click Accept
5. Start your dreamweaver CS6 - an installation Wizard Appears asking you for username/password and a serial numnber
6. Restart Dreamweaver and the extensions are ready to be used.

It does not work and I just tried it again.
It installs it and gives no errors and finishes but it dose not show up in the Extension manager when it is opened again.
Dreamweaver does not show the extension either. I just installed the slide light box and the slide show and neither worked.

Teodor,
I can send you image captures of each step during the installation so you can see what happens.
Have you tested this yourself using CS6?

Hello Kamran,
Of course we tested each of the extension in DW CS6. Did you try to do exactly what i described in my previous post?

Teodor,
Yes- I have followed your steps and it does not work. It goes to the end and it will not install - the extension manager will not show the installed component and DW does not install it upon launch.

Teodor,
I think I found out the problem. I logged in as administrator in the account and it installed without any issues. Even though I was entering the userid & Password for the admin during the installation when not logged in as the administrator it was failing.
I never had this issue with the prior releases of CS. It seems like CS6 requires logging in as the admin to the local machine before installing the extensions or else it won't work.
Good to know and sorry for the hassle. Puzzling!
