v1.0.10 issue with IE browser

I've just upgraded my DMX Lightbox from 1.0.9 to 1.0.10.With 1.0.10, the modal window jumps around and the dimmed background flickers when displaying content in IE7 and also in IE8 using compatibiity mode.
It works as expected in IE8 when NOT in compatibility mode.
Also works OK in Safari, Chrome, Opera, Firefox on windows here.
Lots of IE7 users still out there. Can this be fixed?

Hi Greg,
When you have a DOCTYPE included on your html page it will never run in Quirks mode (compatibility) so your page is all fine in IE.
it will display fine in IE7 & IE8 browsers per default.

I also noticed something else. When the lightbox is displayed, the content and transparent overlay are only sized and centred to the visible area of the browser window and not the size of the entire web page.
I made my test page longer to demonstrate this.
In IE7 or IE8 compatibility mode, if you display a lightbox then scroll down the page, the lightbox scrolls with the page and does not remain floating central like it does in all the other browsers I've tried.

I am having the same type of problem in IE. If I am scrolled down a page, the Lightbox always shows up at the top of the page and the user has to scroll up to see it. Works fine in all but IE.
If you go to mygolfvacation.com and enter a start and end date under Start Your Trip Here in the right column, it will take you to a page called findtrip2.asp If you scroll down that page a ways and click on one of the Click Details links you will see what I am talking about.

It occurred to me that I have websites that I put the lightbox on last year so I viewed them in IE 9.0 and they are just fine.
I copied the DMX folder from that website to this one that I am working on now and the problem is fixed now in all browsers.
The working site uses DMXzone Lightbox 1.0.5 and dmx.core.js v 1.0.6.
Through further testing, the file dmx.lightbox.js is the problem. If I use an old version, it works fine.

I replaced the version of "jquery-latest.pack.js" supplied with v1.0.9 for the version supplied with Lightbox 1.0.11 and "hey presto" the problem goes away and Lightbox displays correctly in IE8 in both standard and compatibility modes.
I also tested in Firefox, Safari, Chrome and Opera without any apparent issues.
Hope this helps to find out what's causing this display problem.
