Lightbox Panel doesn't open

DreamWeaver CS5When I click on Lightbox Link in the Insert Panel nothing happens. I uninstalled and reintalled Lightbox 1.0.8 but it didn't make a difference.
I saw in a past post that someone had the same problem and they were told to clear the cache in DW. It doesn't appear that the cache is the same location in CS5 as in CS4.

The path for CS5 cache file is as follows:
o Win 7: C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Dreamweaver CS5\<language>\Configuration
o Vista: C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Dreamweaver CS5\<language>\Configuration
o XP: C:\Documents and Settings\<username>\Application Data\Adobe\Dreamweaver CS5\<language>Configuration\
o MAC: MacHD : Users : <username> : Library : Application Support : Adobe : Dreamweaver CS5 : <language> : Configuration :
Also one relevant question:
When installing extension did you get the Installation Wizard on DW Start?
