I was getting bad results from a complex page I created, so I created a simple page with a single table to see if the problem was my page.

When I tested the extension, I found the problem still existed. There are rows split over several pages. The first page content overlaps the page number.

I tried this with the Charset of UTF-8 and ISO-8859-1. Both produced the same results. You can see the generated file here. (Link to output file).
