The UDE exports the content into one file, it does not support exporting every page in new file.

With Unversal data exporter, can it display one record in vertical in PDF (not list of table, but detail of one record)?

Hello Andrew,
UDE can export a record-set ( in a table style ) or an HTML table ( apply the UDE as a Behavior instead as a Server Side Behavior )
Thus, if you like to export a single record details you can have an HTML table populated with the details of a single record and have the UDE as Behavior set on an Event.
