Tooltip doesn't seem to recognize top and bottom of browser to auto center or even top center. Also, a right click (or insert icon) to add a tip in Dreamweaver would be very helpful instead of needing the 4 step process as it is now.

Everything is working as expected on your page. The positions of the tooltip are being calculated compared to element you are applying the tooltip to, not the browser window.
