Hi All,
To the people having empty listings, could you please specify:
1. which extensions do you have installed and are listed in Extension Manager
2. What DW version do you have and what OS exactly
3. Is it a localized DW version?
4. When clicked on the "Not Installed" tab are you prompted for DMXzone login?
This will help us identify the issue because in our tests in CS6 on Mac and PC everything was fine ... So there must be something special.
Greetings,
George

I have just removed the updater (v1.5.1) from the extensions manager re-downloaded it and re-installed it and I am still not getting it populated with the extensions I have. All tabs are blank.
I have about 30 dmxzone extensions listed in extensions manager

I am having the same issue after upgrading to the CS6 Cloud version. Same OS and DW version as David.
FYI: I have the non-cloud version on my laptop and that one is functioning just fine.

Checked versions of the Extension Manager just for kicks...turns out the EM on the laptop is version 6.0.1.26 but the one on the desktop (where the updater is not working) is ver 6.0.0.412. Could this be the problem? I'll see if I can get an updated version of just the EM and will post back if that resolves the issue or not.

Hello all.
This is very strange as in my CS6 both PC/Mac everything is working fine.
I have an idea can you please click on "Not installed" tab. Enter your login credentials when prompt. Switch again between "new" and "installed" tabs.

I have tried this, as well. It never asks for login credentials. I also tried deleting the cache, reinstalling Extention Manager, reinstalling Dreamweaver, and reinstalling the updater. I tried restarting the computer, installing as an Admin, etc. Very strange, indeed!

Hi All,
For those with problems please check the following:
1. Find your Dreamweaver Configuration folder:
For Dreamweaver CS6:
It might be a hidden folder so you need to show hidden files first if you don't see it.
2. Look in Configuration/Commands and see if you have files like *_install.htm from the DMXzone extensions you installed.
3. Find the Extension Manager Store folder
4. See if it exists on this location and if not maybe somewhere else in the Adobe folder structure. Let us know if it is somewhere else or does not exists.
5. Under the EM Store - see if there is a sub folder Dreamweaver CS6 and that there are a lot of MXI files for all the DMXzone extensions you install.
6. Locate the MXI Flag folder which should be on the same level as EM Store folder. Let us know if it is somewhere else.
7. See if it also has a Dreamweaver CS6 subfolder and that the MXI files are there.
So please report your exact settings of the steps above.
This will help us track the problem exactly!
Thanks a lot!

So all other steps were just fine? the EM Store/Dreamweaver CS6 was full with MXI files.
But the Mxi Flag folder was empty? or it didn't exists at all?
Where was it located exactly? See if anywhere on your system there is another Mxi Flag folder.
Also the installed extensions were enabled in Extension Manager? As each enabled extension should really have an MXI file in the Mxi Flag folder ...

Sorry. I misspoke.
Step 5: There are NO FILES. The folder is there, but it is EMPTY. No files in the EM Store/Dreamweaver CS6 folder. It is empty.
Step 7: There is only 1 (ONE) file here. The dmxUpdater10.mxi file is the only file there.
There are no other MXI files anywhere when I do a search on the computer.
