They are looking for good candidates for Oxbridge’s unique tutorial system, not someone who is merely smart. It doesn’t matter how good you think you are going in to the interview. Believe me when I tell you that your first year at Oxford or Cambridge will certainly teach you exactly how stupid you actually are. Then after that a whole new world might open up to you, but only if you are paying attention.
