I just upgraded to DW CS6 and none of my serial numbers are accepted. It says they are all invalid.

I have the new release of DW CS6 and after activating all my extensions, DMXzone will not accept any of my serial numbers. It says they are all invalid. Please fix. I assume it must be something on your end checking validity.

Did you try a new fresh install of the extensions in the Extension Manager? Or did you let it migrate them?
A fresh download and install from DMXzone is recommended.

NO GOOD. I deleted all extensions and reinstalled them and still am getting the same message about an invalid serial number. I have these extensions installed in CS5.5 as well, but that should not be a problem.

I remember once we had a conversation with you in our Live Support chat. I remember that you had this problem then - you have 2 accounts registered on our website. Most probably you are trying to use the user/pass from one of your accounts with the Serial Number of the other one.
Please double check this.

Thanks. that was the problem. For some reason, when I had checked for updates with my other account, it allowed me to download them, so I guess it was surprise that it didn't use the same one for the authentication.
