I'm considering buying a house in Perth and wanted to get some advice from people familiar with the market. What are some of the best suburbs for first-time buyers or families? I’m looking for something with good public transport options and schools nearby. I’d also like to be close to the city center but not in the hustle and bustle. Are there certain areas that offer good value for money, or should I be looking at specific neighborhoods that are more affordable but still a great place to live?

I’d recommend looking into areas like Baldivis or Thornlie if you're after more space and a quieter lifestyle while still being reasonably close to the city. These places offer a lot of new developments, and the prices are more affordable compared to the more established suburbs. They're great for families, with lots of parks and schools nearby. Plus, they’re well-connected by public transport, so you won’t feel too isolated. Of course, always do your own research, but these suburbs have seen steady growth in recent years, which is promising!

Perth has a lot of great options for homebuyers, and it really depends on what you're after! If you’re looking for family-friendly suburbs, areas like Subiaco or Leederville are fantastic for proximity to the city and schools. They have great parks, cafes, and a real sense of community, though they can be on the more expensive side. If you’re looking for something more affordable, you might want to check out suburbs a bit further out like Midland or Armadale. They offer good value and still have all the essentials. Just be sure to also think about the long-term growth potential of each area. Try best property manager in Perth for more info
