I'm using the BorderlessWithClose style popup.

IE7 and IE8 include a border around the popup, in most all other browsers there is no frame border and this is leaving 2 pixel margin around the inside of the popup layer. If I reduce the height and width it looks fine but in IE7 and IE8 this creates scroll bars. Is there a fix for this?
