I have a photo gallery, and i show links for different documents (pictures, pdf, plains) and i call a different script for either one. If i could resize the window from the link, it will be perfect for me.
Also will be good if i could close the first ALP and open other instance of ALP with the new script inside from one link, but i don't know how.

Do you have one or many links that are set to use ALP?
Or you have a 3 links for each item in your gallery - one for image, one for pdf and one for plain?
Closing ALP can be done with a js snipped found in this FAQ:
