Guys,I have read through the various threads on this kind of issue and checked all the requirements as best i can...
results of the debug can be found here... mdaa.co.uk/inc/upload.asp?sipinfo=true
results of running SIP service directly can be found here... www.mdaa.co.uk/ScriptLibrary/sip_service.asmx
results of the detect script can be found here... mdaa.co.uk/detect.asp
To all intense and purposes I have set everything up correctly (read/write permissions are set on the upload folder for iuser and iis_user. asp.net trust is set to 'full', the bin folder has been uploaded and permissions set to full control - I am now at a complete loss as to what to do next - any help would be appreciated...

Hello Paul,
Please, excuse me for the late answer.
I noticed that the sip_service.asmx is not in correct place. It is looked for in this path:
mdaa.co.uk:80/inc//ScriptLibrary/sip_service.asmx
but it is found in:
mdaa.co.uk:80/ScriptLibrary/sip_service.asmx
Please, correct this and try again.
Regards.

Hello,
Is your server 32 or 64 bit?
Is .NET registered correctly on the server?
Please open IIS Manager, click on the server name, and then double click on ISAPI Filters? Do you see the different ASP.Net versions listed? Have you installed both the 32-bit and the 64-bit versions of the Frameworks?
