Unfortunately in the present moment there is no a way for you to customize the look of the buttons of the Multiuploader. We are still considering such option to be added in future updates. I'll have your question added as request to extension wish list.

Is it possible to provide the form parameters so I can create my own flash movie so I can customize the UI?
