No, it isnt. My extension manager shows it's loaded, but in Dreamweaver - it does not appear (attached screenshots of Server Behavior windows.

You have purchased the ASP version of the extension (check your extensions here: www.dmxzone.com/user/products ), that's why it does not appear on PHP page.
