I am demo(ing) CS5 and Smart Mailer isn't working. I get errors when trying to apply the extension. I've been using the extension with DW8 and XP Pro with little or no issues.Any suggestions?

Hello Bobby,
Please, provide more detailed information on this issue such as error messages text, your exact Win7 version(as well as if it is 32 or 64 bit) The DW CS5 build version, Smart Mailer version, and exact moment when the error appears and if repeating errors are shown - how many.

I use Smart Mailer PHP 1.0.7
Windows 7 Professional 64
Dreamweaver CS5 Version 11 Build 4909
As soon as I go to add the extension to a page, the following error appears. Every time.
On my laptop, I went back to DW8 and had no problems with the extension. My desktop where I do most of my design is configured as above. I want to use the Spry features and CSS so I want to be able to use all of the extensions I have purchased (which is MANY).
Thanks in advance for your help...

Still the same problem with the Smart Mailer PHP extension. I followed all suggestions and instructions and finally just completely re-loaded my system. OS and all. I deleted the partition, formatted the drive, installed a fresh copy of Win 7 Pro, installed DW, installed all extensions, and still have issues.
Windows 7 Pro, DW CS5 Build 4909.

What is the problem??? Like I said...It worked just fine for many years. I need to get this fixed right away so I can continue my work.

Hello Lucas,
What I figured out on my end, is that I was using an "include" in an Ajax accordian and because of that, the paths to the needed dependency files were all screwed up.
I'm not sure if that's anything like you're trying, but resist the urge to use dynamic forms that require access to your database in accordians or "includes".
I've used the Smart Mailer extension for many, many years and I think I was just trying to push it beyond it's limits.
I hope that helps a little.
